Shipping Info

General update: While we try to ship about once a week, there may be times when it isn't possible. Sorry about the wait, we'll still try our best!

We can send parcels to almost all countries, with the possible exception of some tiny island nations (e.g. Palau, Nauru, Tuvalu). If you live in one of similarly sized countries, please message us beforehand, so we can make sure that we can send it!

Tracking is available as a separate add-on, and is especially recommended if the destination country's postal system is sub-par. If your tracked order gets lost, we'll do our best to send you the same patches again, as long as we have stock on them! Generally we won't be reimbursing any lost untracked parcels.
